This picturesque stone built cottage provides charming, cosy accommodation for up to 6 guests.

Pipersquoy Cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six adults. It has a welcoming spacious entrance hall and lounge area with a large south facing window, together with an open plan dining kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and is stocked with a selection of essential items, such as instant & ground coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, assorted dried herbs and spices and salt & pepper.

The ground floor master bedroom is spacious with a double bed. Across the hall is newly installed shower room, WC and wash-hand basin. The second twin bedroom is also on the ground floor. The third bedroom on the first floor has twin beds and a wash-hand basin.

From Pipersquoy Cottage, a short walk leads to St Magnus Cathedral and Bishop’s Palace, the 15th century Earl’s Palace, and the Orkney Museum located within the 16th century Tankerness House. Alternatively, Scapa Beach on Scapa Flow lies a mile to the South.

Pipersquoy Cottage is situated close to a wide choice of local shops and supermarkets. Kirkwall also benefits from several wonderful small independent grocers and delicatessens.
