Our house is conveniently located in a quiet, central area of Kirkwall, just a short walk from the Pickaquoy Centre, Orkney Golf Course, and nearby shops. There is a rugby pitch located in front of the house.

The property offers two bedrooms on the upper floor: one double bedroom with a double bed and one twin bedroom with two single beds. On the ground floor, you will find the living area and the kitchen.

There are two bathrooms in the house.

We want you to feel at home, so the property is fully equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. We also provide free Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, a hairdryer, and an iron.

Additionally, there is a selection of books and movies available for both adults and children.
