Brough Bakes is a small bespoke catering business based on the Orkney Islands, run by local Orcadian, Shannon.

Offering a variety of freshly baked goods and savoury produce to order, as well as indoor and outdoor catering services, Shannon thrives on freshly made produce, too customer service and an enjoyable experience.

The Brough Bakes catering trailer opens mainly during the summer period serving fresh goods to the public. It includes a wide range of our fresh quality bakes, hot & cold drinks, ice-cream, confectionary, various local produce and much more.
