Quality & Technical Manager (Crab Processing Factory)

Are you passionate about food safety and quality? Do you have experience in seafood processing? We’re looking for a Quality & Technical Manager to ensure our crab processing factory meets the highest food safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead food safety, quality, and technical operations.

✅ Ensure compliance with BRC, HACCP, FDA, and customer standards.

✅ Manage audits, hygiene programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Train and develop staff on quality and food safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in Food Science, Seafood Technology, or a related field would be advantageous.

✔ Ideally 3-5 years of experience in seafood or food processing.

✔ Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.

✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
