The Poozies are a British all-female traditional folk band formed in 1990. Throughout the years they have toured worldwide, attracting recognition and appreciation for their eclectic choice of material, unusual and exciting arrangements, and notable vocal harmonies.

The Poozies remain one of Scotland’s most distinctive and best-loved bands, having blazed a trail not only for female musicians but by mixing and matching myriad styles and material, from pop hits to Gaelic songs, Americana ballads to original tunes, gorgeous 4-part harmonies to gutsy instrumental attack.

They will be joined by special guests - members of local stomp legends the Chair.
