The latest exhibition from Orkney's MÓTI Collective celebrates the spring equinox and the welcome lengthening of the days.

This group exhibition features a collection of works inspired by the theme of light and dark. Some artists have been drawn to the changing light and landscape of Orkney while others venture into the shadows of the psyche. There are also many links to MÓTI's ongoing sister project with the community of North Ronaldsay with references to the island, its lighthouse and its famous sheep.

Taking part are Wendy Barker, Megumi Barrington-Uenoyama, Amy Beeston, Elizabeth Bown, Samantha Gray, Kristyn Grieve, Mal Grieve, Sophie Macdonald, Beccy May, Barbara Morrison, Frances Scott, Molly Shearer, Jenny Stone and Susan Whittingham.

The exhibition will run at the Ship of Fools gallery in Kirkwall's Bridge Street every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between the 6th and 19th of April, from 10am to 4pm.
