Join broadcaster Lorraine Kelly for the launch of her debut novel.

Lorraine's new book, 'The Island Swimmer' is inspired by her love for Orkney and its people. It focuses on lonely Evie and the friendship she finds with a group of cold-water swimmers in the islands.

The official launch event will be held at the King Street Halls in Kirkwall on Friday 9 February at 7pm. Tickets cost £5 and can be bought from The Orcadian Bookshop in Kirkwall. The ticket price is redeemable against the cost of the book.
